Terms of service
In plain language
- You buy data, we deliver connectivity through partner networks.
- Your wallet balance is yours and does not expire.
- We are not the network operator, so we cannot promise a signal in a place where no mast exists. We do promise to tell you the truth about where that is.
This summary is not a replacement for the text below, but if the two ever disagree, treat the disagreement as our mistake and tell us.
The service
Orbislo provides mobile data through agreements with network operators in each territory. We are a reseller of connectivity, not a network operator ourselves. Where a territory has no coverage from any of our partners, we say so on the country page and we do not sell it.
Your account
One account per person. Your wallet balance and your eSIM profile belong to the account rather than to a handset, which is why you can move to a new phone in two taps.
Availability
We target 99.5 percent provisioning success and publish a post mortem for any incident lasting more than thirty minutes. Where service is degraded we credit affected customers before they contact us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which the contracting Orbislo entity for your country is established, and nothing here removes rights you hold under your local consumer law.
