- We collect what we need to sell you data and connect you, and not more.
- Coverage measurements are anonymous, never carry precise location, and are never published below a sample of 25.
- You can switch coverage measurement off in one tap and it stops immediately.
- We do not sell personal data. There is no version of this business where that is the plan.

What we collect
Your email address, your purchases, the device model you install on, and connection quality events from the Orbislo line while you are travelling.
Connection quality events carry the carrier, the radio type, throughput measured on your real traffic, and a coarse location of roughly one kilometre. They do not carry precise location, browsing history, message content or anything about what you are doing online.
The coverage dataset
The measurements that power our published speeds are aggregated before anyone sees them, including us. Nothing is published for a cell with fewer than 25 samples, which makes reidentification impractical by construction rather than by promise.
It is on by default and explained at onboarding rather than buried. One switch turns it off, and it stops that second.
Where your data lives
European users' data is stored in the European Union. We publish our subprocessors and we update that list before a change takes effect, not after.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, portability and objection, under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, the CCPA and CPRA, the LGPD, PIPEDA and the APPI as applicable to you. Delete your account in the app and the deletion runs within 30 days, including from backups.
